The story of sambol, or how this spicy coconut delight gets done:
Get yourself some stones, onions, curry leaves, fresh chilies and dried chili flakes, and grind and blend it all to some sort of paste.
Add loads of freshly grated coconut..
some more fresh chili peppers..
blend it some more..
And voila, you got this awesome coconut sambol, all ready to go.
